Since dilution is inevitable, what irritates me the most is the way in which these companies dilute: in stead of being strategic & systematic about it, they idiotically dump hundreds of millions of shares in quick succession! That just depresses the PPS even more and kills off any momentum, which puts off a large chunk of potential buyers no matter how solid the ticker's prospects are.
