At least if Elite did a RS, it likely is to facilitate a nasdaq listing

Thats a positive in my book. It could also force some sunlight regarding concerns of the CEOs conflict of interest with Mikah, which I believe have turned off plenty of current and former shareholders

You JUST admitted Elite should do a reverse split RIGHT NOW (and I agree).

-Position of strength (to uplist to Nasdaq)
