At least they got -ahem- "exciting" news out in the -ahem- "early" part of the week. Well, first half anyway.

This could be a head fake. Or not but someone is picking all these shares.

Anyone that sold is going to regret it! Although no one like MOUs or LOIs, folks need to understand that real deals have attorneys who push for certain normal business practices. In this instance, I am not concerned one bit because only real deals go through this process.

Maybe it was a tactic by buyers to shake folks out as it was taking off without them? Not saying this is what took place, just stating some possibilities.
