I disagree. How many shorts want to hold a short position against a healthy growing co when they know their only outcome is massive losses? The big shorts would be long gone from this stock play. It's all about the FUNDAMENTALS. How many big shorts are there against MSFT, TESL, AMZN, APPL, etc? Very few if any.
Big money buys these very profitable stocks and drives the shorts out.
AMC is the premiere biggest movie theatre chain in the world who will keep hollywood alive and in business. Many big whales will want a piece of this company when its debt free and doing business with hollywood products where their biggest profit margins lies.
Only very foolish shorts would try to hang on AMC like leeches. But sooner or later they would dry up and fall off.
Parasitic shorts only feast on weak anemic Cos struggling to survive. Because that is how shorts successfully make their money. On the misery of others. Tax free.
