Attorney Letter will not only add credibility to the revenue numbers but it is an SEC required report. Otherwise the disclosure Nash turned in is not valid and will cause the SEC to classify XALL as un reporting company. Nash has a history of turning in the Attorney Letter within a few weeks. It is now over two months and still no Attorney Letter.
