Notice the difference between language in the 8-K PCT filed from the usual NT 10-K

The following language assuring the SEC the 10-K will be filed by the extension date isnt in the 8-K.. wonder why?

(b) The subject annual report, semi-annual report, transition report on Form 10-K, Form 20-F, Form 11-K, Form N-SAR or Form N-CSR, or portion thereof, will be filed on or before the fifteenth calendar day following the prescribed due date;

The Registrant is unable to file its annual report on Form 10-K within the prescribed time period because the Registrant is awaiting final audit of its financial statements for the year-end and completion of XBRL conversion of its financial statements. The Registrant currently expects to file its Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2020 on or before the fifteenth calendar day following the extended due date for the filing of the Registrant's Form 10-K.

Then the apparent leak of insider info that PCT may not be filing audited fins and instead, will opt for alternative reporting

This is whats different from real companies filing a late 10-K using NT 10-K from PCT
