Hard to say because the “Assets” is not defined as to what I have seen. I have not seen anything saying the IP is being included as part of the “Assets” sale which would be key since that is what makes the devices.

In my opinion, if the company was including the IP, I would think they would want to sell for the potential but since the company voluntarily went into BK, it’s hard to say since a lot of the higher-ups quit and sold shares in the past 6 months.
