So if you had to get a lot of shots for dystonia using Botox and had to go in to the clinic once every 3 months or a new product and go in every 6 months that would not matter to you? Repeat that question for all Indications.

Well you have a reply from a neurologist saying that in fact many patients would not just get fewer shots but would require fewer visits. you heard from DD that unfortunately spasticity patients are not allowed to get injected more frequently than every 3 months (this comes from CD data I believe showing either SEs or antibody formation w more frequent injections but i could be wrong) even though the efficacy wanes after 8-10 weeks so a very meaningful differentiation if you have a toxin that can even bridge that last 2-4 weeks, and lastly in aesthetics fillers are generally Q6 months so a toxin that is Q6 months actually aligns better than quarterly
So you probably are talking out of your butt on this one ;)
PS: the stock certainly can disappoint - the CD indication can get rejected for example. But it won't be because added duration doesn't prove to be a meaningful enough differentiator on the commercial front IMO
