News is overdue. Silence has momentum. It does make you wonder if there is something in negotiations that makes silence mandatory. Probably not… but who knows?

My 2 cents bubba, we all feel the same way, very painful to watch .
let me articulate best I can,
I think there an un written rule that say's suppliers like Elite to Lannett are not allowed to put out press releases on there own,
how well they are doing, from Q to Q. , Elite is not allowed to have a party and celebrate how much money they are making every Q.
That is up to Lannett, and as we all noticed in every CC. they do not mention Elite specifically, just that the suppliers are doing well

move it forward to now, as they split, Elite is not to trash Lannett and Lannett is not to trash Elite, its mutual Lannett can't say how well Elite is and Elite can't say how well lLannett is , END
