Say they agree to 1 million for both cases. That would be another 3, 5 or 10 billion shares approximately pending where the pps is meaning .0001, .0002 or .0003
If they go this way this ticker in one day will bottom with a no bid, putting us around an additional 10 billion added to the AS. Keep in mind BYOC has about 1 quarter in cash remaining before they'll need to raise more for their $$ pit in Service800. The only thing positive here is it looks like to case is nearing an end.
