I was contacted by the SEC years ago regarding possible fraud with this company. I am a shareholder with over 2 million shares, and many of those shares were through private placements directly to Steve and brokered through a source that will remain nameless unless this company remains private and absconds with our money.

Peculiar the SEC would contact you and not myself or others. I owned far more than that a number of years ago.

I still believe in this company, and will give them the benefit of the doubt.

Really? The SEC kicked this scam off the market 2 years ago.You lost everything back then. Skwyerz can neither file or testify in any coutrroom without incriminating himself of securities fraud at the very least any quite possibly much more than that.

However, if there ever comes a time when I feel we have been deceived, I will go back to the SEC and put in a formal complaint and name said broker.

The company is already in frikken receivership. It was removed from the bloody grey market 2 years ago so no one else would fall victim to this con game. I think you are already several years too late for that to do any good.

This is just naive and gullible. I'll give Skwyerz and Lamstein one thing; they can really recruit marks. Seriously, how much more do you need? Did you ever see 7000 hr. bulbs, quantum dot solar cells, industry disrupting displays on a chip, industry disrupting displays with blue dots, anti-counterfeit technolgy, and I could go and on? Every QMC contract and partnership is called a bait and switch scam in Skwyerz and Art's actual chosen profession. Skwyerz even settled the K&L Gates suit just prior to the receiver taking over and guess what? He isn't the type of individual to have done this so you can share the proceeds. You won't even get a t-shirt, fast food meal, or even cup of coffee out of the deal.
