also problems with the Florida trial....due in part to Florida Trial Law on timing. Best estimates to afford due process in this case would be a start date in 2025 sometime by many experts. Then there is an issue with jury selection. They have to be able to see all files and evidence and to some degree have security clearance. That is a select group and isn't a selection of your peers by any means.
