Cheap shares have been at the table for months, without need for folks to bash the company.

I asked a simple question, what are the terms for this acqusition? Its always "weve entered into the multi billion dollar this or that market, with acquisition, but terms rarely disclosed until financials are posted. Yes that is the way of the Wild Wild West of Pink sheet trading.

I would like to see someone post some good back ground info on United Consulting Services and Alexander Winstead. I tried, but could not find anything.
