RDGL is an FDA play, nothing more. They may be a few months away from submitting an IDE application to FDA for authorization to commence Radiogel human trials, but path remains murky for now. They're currently doing tests with rabbit tumors that FDA suggested to make for a more robust IDE application. RDGL sells same product to veterinary market under IsoPet brand, but that product isn't close to being profitable and is a distraction. Then there are the dilution concerns.

Typical MMs playing with it, trying to push it as low as possible before the big news is released.

Reason why they can is because there’s no volume, no new investors as of right now.

Announcement of the submittal and or an actual real date that they plan on submitting the ide will change the SP upward.

So for now watch the games the MMs are playing. If anything perfect time to be buying more if you can.

Welcome, Your timing couldn't be better.
Low volume play that can be easily manipulated. IMO, Market makers may be trying to pick up some shares for the upcoming run(s).
There are a few here that would love to see the sp drop lower,, (possibly invested in competitors ?) Their posts are very easy to pick out.
Company might drop a PR this month that will start the sp heading northward.
