The OS won't stop decreasing until it essentially equals the AS - 10bn shares. Mad Jacki-boi and his criminal cohorts will fully dilute MMEX. Once that's done, to keep Mad Jacki-boi's ATM running, they'll RS, washing everyone in the current round out.
