The fact is Loyal Companies has a proven track record of venture capital financing. That to me was never a question. If by, the deadline, we get an annual report that this is firmly in the Loyal world I have little doubt we will see a move north. If it's some solo journey not related to Loyal and Chad has it on the back burner well...it's not going anywhere. The OTC at it's finest.
