I totally fail to understand how courts have not ruled the action of the GOV - to include NWS by BO - to be outrageous and illegal ----- it upsets me how wrong so many judges and courts have been for so long ----- very upsetting

Of course, the SCOTUS in Collins, said No, that the POTUS COULD fire the Head of the Independent FHFA sometimes and sometimes he couldn't.
