I am not a premium member, so I cannot give you a private message but no, the GS 17 has nothing to do with governmental service rank.

As far as trusting management that is a slippery slope. You attract and hire the best employees you can find, you set objectives with the best information and resources that you have and you reward them if they achieve their day-to-day objectives. If they fail to meet the final goal you replace them with someone who can and that is my hope for Mr. Dunn.

I get frustrated just the same as all but I do believe the current management is competent to get us over the finish line.
