BREAKING NEWS

Link for the denied decision

https://courts.delaware.gov/Opinions/Download.aspx?id=346020

The judge gave AMC management and lawyers a WWE smack down in this case

Parties must provide the court good cause as to why to lift the order.

Court is here to protect all parties in the class action case against those whom don’t have fiduciary duty to protect.

The Court is here to supervise the class action case and circumventing the court rules and process does not allow the court to determine if the settlement offered is equitable for the stockholders whom. Are being deluded by the people offering the settlement or if the guidelines of the settlement is fair for all parties and are if their are others that have liabilities to the class action parties that should be included in the future settlement.

Case settlement is Denied

Powers to be did not get the timeline they needed or wanted

Thus something is going to happen soon

Note After hours activity

Covering has started because the timeline is not controlled by those in control

#120828 RE: kenny54 #120817

Since the final outcome is going to a court hearing (April 27) where all the shareholders' parties reps can be heard. I am betting the final outcome will be as follows:
1. RS will NOT be allowed to take place, stealing 90% of shareholders shares.
This decision tells AA and management you can not dilute to hell the AMC stock as you
wish. You have to do it very cautiously and sparingly if you desperately need money to
pay the AMC Co bills.
2. APE merging with AMC, making it one AMC stock will be allowed to complete.
I see only positive results increasing all APE/AMC shareholders' account value.
where most AMC shareholders also have equal amounts of APE shares.
3. AA and management will ask shareholders for a vote on all matters that affect any kind
of AMC Co stock whether its APE, old AMC or new AMC shares.
AA will not act like a dictator/MF SOB who on one hand acts like he can do whatever he
wants in diluting the AMC stock and on the hand works for the shareholders and needs
their approval to make major AMC Co dilution/policy decisions.

These are my projected conclusions, post April 27 court hearing.
Time will tell how accurate I am.
