The link below takes you to the SEC case text (Laura, et.al.). According to the complaint, the company name was Pristec America, run by the same person involved in NJPP & New Vac Tech. The company that owned the technology was based out of Austria (Pristec AG) and they sold the patents to Earle Refining who is suing NVT for patent infringement. Apparently, as alleged, individuals involved with NVT once worked for the Austrian company in research and development and had all the scientific data to the technology available to them. Somehow, these individuals aligned themselves with NVT and were accused of patent infringement.
