Minimal dilution over the past twenty years. And she pays the debt off with 10% dilution? Peanuts.

Most CEOs down here in the nether worlds of the penny stock market would have this at half billion shares plus.

And the stock price would be two cents or lower.

LOL! Almost all equity raises for penny stocks are at steep discounts to current share price.

This deal was around 4x the share price when announced on Monday.

Simply unheard of even for big board stocks.

Anything under $1.25 is a complete steal as that is around the price this informed investor is paying. No doubt for an investment like this he will be looking for 3x to 5x his money at a minimum.

Everyone can do that math.
