Nobody "pissed" in anything here. I keep hearing the same rhetoric since I've been posting here. Chuck will sell the 912 patent, Chuck will sell the company to Google....... NOT HAPPENING in my lifetime. My opinion, but keep putting it out there.
And it is just your opinion as my post is mine dude. Just common sense this Company is getting a fresh start with decades old infringements coming to an end. A possible new memory standard being built by NetList. New patents for that standard. Older patents with years left on them.
Think of it this way,. with settlements likely to come in Chuck Hong and Company can FINALLY do what he had set out to do 10, 15, 20 years ago. They will possibly have more money then they have ever had. Time to expand the company with joint ventures~? Collaborate with other companies. Many things on the horizon other than infringement lawsuits they will still likely pursue.
Will finally up list to NASDAQ and a new BoD will likely be appointed by Hong.
