Excellent summary MS008. Lots of research went in to your post. Thank you! You may be the longest investor on this board (14 years).

PS: I also noticed the photo of the demonstration plant looked very complex. One can only imagine the numerous testing and adjustments involved to refine and produce the REE’s which surely would account for all the delays. Also glad the company utilized the demo plant to find more efficient ways to process niobium, titanium and scandium which should translate to greater cost savings and more profit.

It’s up to Mods, but your post IMO is worth a sticky. It’s really helpful information to get a bearing on where the project is at, where it’s heading and relative time frames for NioCorp to reach their intended goals.

MS008, I tend to agree with your statement "5) As for the SPAC outcome,........I think the defining factor was the banking issue that the economy was facing right at the time of the redemption. My take is that the institutions like every other big companies were "scared" of where it was going and how far it would spread, and so preserving cash was of the highest priority and no one would get fired at the institutions for preserving cash in uncertain times, plus they had the back up of warrants to take advantage of the upside."

I had also thought the same after the merger, that the majority of GXII institutional investors may have chose to redeem their shares before the merger (in addition to your suggestion that the redemptions coincided with news at the time re banking issues which appear to have come and gone) because they could always buy warrants post merger. It appears though that not many people are selling their warrants so I guess they have to buy NB or whatever warrants are available if they want to invest in NioCorp before major news comes out re REE results, an updated FS, majority financing from a lender or an offtake agreement.
