You have to laugh at the wording of this. They will begin testing in Q4 2023. So, in 8 months they maybe will try some stuff. No word how long the test will be or what the definitive schedule is.
In fact, the company even admits in the release, at the bottom, that it is all fluff.
They state the schedule is not definite, the tests are not definite, the Q4 2023 timeframe is not definite, the stated range is not definite, and the cost is unknown.
This was a pump PR. It didn't work.
