Elite got rid of Lannett at the PERFECT timing.

Just yesterday, it was Elite's first business day marketing their own products.

24 hours later, Lannett announces they are in TROUBLE.

with the debt. burden as the king pointed out last year

As you know, Elite did not get rid of Lannett.

Lannett elected to prematurely end its distribution agreement with Elite when their own generic version was approved. That being said, Elite investors would rightfully be concerned of future payments from Lannett had the distribution contract not been terminated. I suspect that shipments to Lannett were terminated a month ago and Elite has been building up its own inventory for sale this quarter.
