Lots of info there. Never knew that it was a $5K licensing agreement for a liquid cooled battery. With two struggling companies, it makes sense to join forces. I wonder if they will move everything to AZ when this announcement comes out. What happens to the other products? The MLM and TMW? Will they ramp up production on them and become more profitable?
It's exciting news to see this happen and then these three wheelers will finally be profitable.
