Someone else got them. They recouped what was funded to Hypur inc.. plus another USD1million. Of course, the majority is in shares. POSaBit has been doing a lot of acquisitions..as that is their growth strategy. I believe this was the second acquisition from Hypur and affiliates after MJ Freeway.

I think it's funny how this little guy has outlasted most others. So now my thoughts are the same...it's a crappy area currently and consolidation is king...has been..and will continue to be.
