But if we sold off our proprietary tech for only $7.5 million, don’t we lose a major piece of what could have given us more value down the road, namely when the federal gov’t decriminalizes cannabis and allows banks into the fold? Where is the further value that BLPG brings for a major buyout, acquisition, or reverse merger? I’m not understanding. Please help this simple-minded person out in understanding “other.” Lol.
