This is not money coming in from anybody. This is money that KBLB prepaid to somebody(prepaid inventory?) so it is listed as an asset until spent. There was no explanation for it that I have found in the 10q but the 10k explains it as Prepaid Inventory. Pg 47

Looks to me like KBLB is paying GSS in advance for raising worms.
