It’s not the same as Lind at all.


It is debt financing and can only be changed over to equity financing once there is another round of financing that comes to NioCorp.

NioCorp then has the ability to pay off Yorkville, or give them the negotiated amount of shares in lieu of the loan amount.

Yorkville will have no reason to force the price lower as they are not converting money into shares that has already been negotiated.
