Yes, that is the one prediction that has not been true, yet only because people underestimated Paulson's continual ability to raise funds by gullible retail investors.

That said, everything else that the same people warned about this company - that NP was engaging in fraud, that SK was a bs artist who wasn't engaging in good faith talks with any big pharma for a partnership or buyout, that MM was a bs artist with his Nasdaq uplisting hype, that the BOD was grossly negligent in allowing all of that to happen under its watch. All of that has proven to be true. That is why the share price is in the 0.30's.
