Understood, and they are no good animals over at SEC. Between DEX's xumm and nano, we should be able to do our exchanges without the use of centralized exchanges. If I have to cash out for EURO, or YEN, then that's what I'll do, we may even be able to get USD thru dex's. They are not making it easy. XRP was never supposed to be held by retail...... too late.
I'll have to see how Ripple's ODL will work if they close every exchange, even if they don't ODL should provide a nice SPENDABLE return for us.
