The SC 13G on 02/16/2007 was not filed as a 13G/A. However it is dated August 28, 2006 which is the same date shown on the prior 13G on 08/29/2006.

The prior 13G shows 553,874 shares and 8.88%. The new 13G shows 500 shares and 0%. This is a decrease. However the box for Item 5. was not checked in the new filing.

Something is not right.
