Please provide proof of the fact. As an insider there would be filing (s) within days of the purchase. Hint, SEDI, etc.

Board resigned at the end of August 2018.


My supposition that he intended to have 1m shares when leaving BioAmber is an Opinion. My statement that he purchased 400K shares in July 2018 is a Fact.

Your statement that he purchased shares is completely false. Here’s his last form 4 showing what he had.

Note there is nothing under Table 1, where shares would be shown. Note there is 1 million options under Table 2, and they were way out of the money.

The only remaining question on this subject is: Being BioAmber's CEO, why would R Eno make a purchase adding to his options?



Since he drove them into bankruptcy , one can only assume that he was either crazy or stupid.
