Nothing said there is false. Kind of crappy of them and misleading I think but they want to wait till it's done before announcing fine. I just wish they'd have announced hey we our missing our projections 3 months ago. They loved announcing increased projections but... They they were gonna miss months ago. Just like releasing 10K after close on a Friday afternoon. Also how have thoae 3 earned 1.6 million a yeat toral salary between them. Theu haven't take it but feels like just a numbers game to shore up liabilities for the executives to forgive the salary or exchange for preferred shares and clear 1.6 million of liabilities off the books or something idk. If all i had to do was drive a stock down 90% for 500k I'll do it for 250k and the company saves a bunch. Disappointing for sure.
