In order for that to happen Tony needs to get Apple Rush current with Illinois so he can apply as a beneficial shareholder of APRU for Lena’s licenses. Corr may need to sign or be listed on the application too.
According to my source, Ross is saying this is taking longer than expected.
Regardless, if APRU is buying less than 5%, they could close any day, unless Tony becomes an officer/director of Lena.
It’s pretty easy to figure out. The only wild card is TTB, if it’s actually “full acquisition” as someone has said Tony told her.
