Also with current share reduction it demonstrates less likely to dilute anytime soon

If he was planning to dilute. Why reduce the AS another 650mil??

The new share structure is perfect mix. Keeps us current holder from losing share with ample supply of shares for acquisitions to acquire customers and employees both are huge catalyst for growth

The GDVM 10k & A/S readjustment was specific to GDVM and does not address the future share structure Veemost. Veemost will be recognized only with FINRA registration. The only real hint we got on Veemost is that one shareholder will hold a super majority and possible distributions of convertible preferred. All said is my opinion..
