a double doesn't even get you back to recent highs. There is some good news if they mean it...no RS and a share cancellation. But the revenues are low projection - of course they would be for a company just getting going. So management / insiders like the new CEO need to show some confidence in their vision by owning shares personally that they purchased open market - not preferred shares that get protected from reverse splits and dilution - I'm talking about being in the same boat as shareholders. Few - very few - stinky pinky CEOs do that.

Look at the BS by MMs..5 digit trades for 5 and 10k shares, amazing how that's allowed but not for us. Aseholes.
