Instead of hospitals paying late, maybe ACE is squeezing PCT in a power play

Afterall, great majority of hospitals leasing equip make lease payments to ACE, not PCT

I know ACE has a sharp eye on PCTs massive financial problems and maybe they see a great opportunity for themselves

I believe most or all of the payments that would come from the hospitals receivables have been sold to a factoring company in order to raise cash. The payments would be going to the factoring company and they would disburse the funds to ACE. So their explanation doesn't make a lot of sense to me.
