more likely MM's trying to walk the price down to nothing and kill the company like they do with most OTCM companies that have low volume... add in the waiting for new ceo to take over and get back P/C doesn't help anything until its back there and we know wtf is going on here
but the OS hasn't changed in months and mike and his family have to retire their shares...
