Didn't PT set up an LLC for the gold mining pirate barge? I'll bet that LLC is active and renewed properly.

The failure to keep Mexus current with Nevada SOS was on purpose, IMO. Nobody could be that inept, there must be a reason.. I'll bet Koehnke knows why.
