I am just saying it's not the MM's manipulation it is investers... Not enough buying pressure to raise PPS. So individual investers are manipulating it making money. Dropping the price buying and selling at small profits which add up. It's not being shorted and the company hasn't changed. The investers are selling out of panic or impatience. Others are buying them up and making a good profit. If we all held the PPS would be much higher but the bashing and impatience has dropped the PPS. Once we get news and some buying pressure we will see a much higher PPS. IMO of course!!
