Google went up massive after their first secondary ;)
There are plenty of examples in biotech too. RVNC is at 31 after an offering at 25 fairly recently.
I’m not sure about same day reactions if that’s what you are getting at because I tend to be a longer term holder

We're going to have to wait a couple of weeks to see how this offering settles out. The probable 19 million shares at $14.50 won't happen until Monday.

With 24 million shares traded today I suspect someone has 19 million reasons to keep the price elevated until they get out the door. Someone's going to earn $55mil for a couple of days investment.

I have seen stocks react positive to offerings, but the majority of those were small companies and investors were happy they were successful raising money.
