KPEA...HLTT...QMEI...

Looks like the Chairman of KPEA is schedule to make some type of talk or presentation tomorrow (March 31) at an event that AGBA (Asia) Capital Group is hosting. AGBA is a financial services firm that is involved in private equity investments, corporate financings, and bringing SPACS public. A representative of KPEA appearing at this event is pretty interesting/intriguing to me. This should provide the company some nice additional exposure/connections to many financial firms and people.

KPEA: Some items from the follow-up company report on the AGBA event.......

1) The purpose of this meeting is to better understand SPAC listings in the United States and Hong Kong, answer overseas listing policies, decipher the diversified models of international SPAC listings, provide high-net-worth customers with an overall plan for SPAC listings, establish customized management services, and promote China High-quality enterprises develop together in the international capital market. At the meeting, leading guests, industry experts, and big names in the investment community discussed how to closely follow the pulse of international capital......

2) Mr. Zhuang Richun, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Kunpeng Industrial Greater China, pointed out in his keynote speech that Kunpeng (China) will accelerate the capital development path in 2023, promote the standardized development of Kunpeng (China) according to local conditions, and deepen the domestic and foreign capital markets Under the positive signals such as Hong Kong SPAC investment opportunities and international capital venture capital linkage development measures, more wisdom crystallization has been accumulated for the development of Kunpeng (China).

3) In fact, Kunpeng (China) Overseas Holding Company was successfully listed on the OTC board of the United States on May 17, 2021 through reverse mergers and acquisitions. After more than a year of development, it was transferred to OTC on November 19, 2022. Market QB plate. It is planned to apply for transfer to the Nasdaq main board in 2023.

HLTT: I picked up some more shares of HLTT ahead of the annual report which is delinquent. I do have some concern that the "no" box was checked in the "significant change in results of operations from the corresponding period" section of the NT 10-K. Guidance in the shareholder letter earlier this year was for a significant amount of revenue in Q4. Based on that guidance I am anticipating fiscal 2022 revenue was over $3M versus $0 for the previous year, which would certainly mandate checking the "yes" box.

I'm fully expecting to see the new corporate website come online relatively soon and continued investor relations activity.......
