Thanks for the reply. Not to mention that we have to get out of Conservatorship also. We will see if you are right and Collins is not stayed - that would be great because we will hear the wisdom of Judge Jones again.

Just keep in mind the the Collins, Bhatti, and Rop plaintiffs are all ok with conversion (in fact they request it as remedy, and yes while specifically for collins appropriations they are requesting full reversal of NWS, you can gaurentee if government offered conversion settlement, they would jump at it considering thats what they are asking for in the other claim), so even if we get a positive resolution there, the plaintiffs controlling those cases are OK settling with full conversion. So even if those cases turn out well, you would still see conversion most likely. Kelly case is also ONLY representing jr pfd share holder claims (no claims for common), so if government offered conversion to them they would jump at it as they own no common. So I don't see any case outside Waze/Fisher that would benefit common shareholders. And again Waze/Fisher are hailrmary en banc petitions to a liberal dominated en banc panel, where odds might as well be zero to overturn that ruling.
