I let actions speak for themselves, and as long as TMM is still in talks with someone to merge/aquire, they're not "defunct"

TMM never had their own addresses, unless you have other info that was never shown publicly. They always used their holdings address for their place of business.

And I have discussed before with you the definition of a holding company, and TMM fits that definition to the T.

ONE asset is the rights to broadcast "Short Bus", another is an intrest in syndication fees for rebroadcast of several shows, as Jack Jett told us about his show. There are just 2 assets that were not liquidated. I'm betting that if they were liquidated, Jack would know who owned 50% of the rights to his show.
