Redfisher, we all know TMM liquidated its assets to pay-off the toxic financiers. Liquidation is followed by Bankruptcy. Even Tony Gouveia stated TMM has no more assets. There is nothing to liquidate into cash to pay-off creditors. There is nothing to liquidate into cash to pay-off the shareholders. If TMM declared a bankruptcy and sought BK protection in the court, it would be doing so for protection from creditors. TMM has no assets any longer to liquidate into cash to pay-off creditors. TMM cannot file for BK protection. That doesn't mean TMM is not a BK. They are 2 different matters.

IMO (and that's all that really matters LOL)

As far as can be known;
~ QBID is a shell trading a paltry daily volume .
~ Pumpers will say ANYthing for ANYreason .
~ TMM/QTN CEO's have gone underground .
~ Posters are eating eachothers children .
~ Bashers are not a cohesive element .
~ There is supposed interest the QBID shell from a supposed outside compnay .

Head scratched summary;
If Fan is/has-been anything , he's been kind to shareholders .
I KNOW that is a big mouthful . Let me explain;
That QBID is still trading is a wonderful thing for shareholders . A "chapter" BK would/could be devastating and result in a halt/cancelation of trading/shares .
Maybe (you fking bet) Fans personal interests outweigh the shareholder's but , the fact that he HASN'T filed BK is a good thing from EVERY shareholder angle .
Tho fisty has a paculiar knack for prediction , I don't think Fan hops to her tune no matter how many posts she posts , and hopefully his plan (including shareholders) is/stays on track .

Fisty; Guess's can be made as to her agenda;
~ An insider short position .
~ A disgruntled/disgraced insider .
~ An inside the Q-beltway collaterally damaged body .
~ A disgruntled VC .
~ One of the inside characters she's mentioned along the way .
~ J Deaner unrequited .
~ [My fav] Renee's alter ego .
Whatever her story is , the fact that her agenda/identity is carefully guarded , the EXtreme securities knowledge , AND the insistance/knowledge of insider info/expectations ,,,,,, the "insider" (past or present) part is a pretty reasonable leap .
I DO think her opinions are as valid (more in most cases) as anyone elses and should be seen . I DON'T think she should be allowed to disrupt threads at will and repeat the same shat 1000's of times .
If I(EYE) was the moderator (woohoo THAT would be a doozey) I would tell her "one (reasonably lengthed) post per subject a day .eriod .... ANYthing else will hit the shatcan so hard it'll ring for 30 seconds .
