I see that WNFT is down on this news, but I don’t think I totally understand. What does this change about WNFT?

I wouldn't be assuming that. But the warrant cancellation probably is more about the FORW audit, or the incoming company/s on either side are interested in renegotiation the warrant terms.

That's great, but transfer the $200k from FORW to WNFT per the terms of the agreement. You can't issue a PR announcing that FORW purchased warrants in JULY, let that news hang around for 8 months (some people definitely used that to hype WNFT), then cancel the agreement in March!

That's the sort of BS manipulation people refer to when they say that Sharp pumps. He knew that the market wouldn't like the bad news on July 8th so he tried to distract from it with the warrants that he never had any intention of executing. It should have been executed or canceled in July and shown up on both annual reports.
