As usual, Roger Pawson will file late. He used this address:

That’s the address used by “Buffalo Registered Agents”. (Bizapedia.com says there are 84 companies with that address.) Roger uses that address for his “Principal Office” in his Wyoming business registration, but it still shows “1385 Park Center Drive, Suite C, Vista, California 92081” as his “Mailing Address”.

And, as usual, there’s a typo in the late filing text: “Due to excessive workloads by the bookeping company for the upcoming tax year filings we will be filing our December 31, 2022 Annual report, per the extension, on or before April 15, 2023.”
