I dont need to defend anything. 65 % is owned by insiders, 0 dilution for 18 mths.. where are you seeing this as a scam??. New company merger has 5x more revenue then market cap. Profit is almost 80% of the market cap. Assets on books are 10m. New attorney letter just signed off on those. Obviously some scammers in here are shorting this.
The stock isn't in need of defending. Look at the assets, no dilution.
New attorney letter clarifying this is not a shell, but an active business. Its making money and the only reason its going down is the dishonest shorter.
There has been no dilution and the float is owned by solid hands. I will keep buying these shorted shares.....and good luck getting them back.
